Experiencia fantástica: I am a 62yo female that has worked out on and off for many years. The instruction, exercise modification and dedication is by far the best that I have ever seen. I feel comfortable every time i walk in to work out. My bone mass increased by 7% in one year. I have NEVER injured myself while working out at the gym.

Megan, Kelly, and Colin all do a fantastic job of pushing you to do your best while also making sure you stay safe and true to form during the workouts. The gym is a great place to learn from and be encouraged by others to keep learning and growing. I have truly enjoyed my progress thus far and can’t wait to keep improving!

Experiencia fantástica: Angel Oak CrossFit was my saving Grace. After moving 13 hours away from home I was afraid I would never find a CrossFit gym like the one I had back home, but Angel Oak shattered all expectations I had and welcomed me into the family on the first day I stepped in the box. Not only has my strength and skills improved tremendously, but I have never felt so much love and support from a gym. In 9 short months these people went from complete strangers, to family. I cannot express enough how much I love this place, the incredible coaches, and the amazing people who I get to sweat alongside.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym with knowledgeable and impressive coaches who really aim to help you perfect your technique & skill set. I would recommend this to anyone no matter the background, fitness level, or age ... very inclusive and fun community ! Update 1 year later: This gym continues to provide high quality programming and training. I have seen several new members from various backgrounds walk through the door and they are always welcomed with open arms. If someone is a beginner, working around an injury, pregnant, or just not feeling 100% in their workout that day, the coaches are always willing to provide scaled options to the movements when needed. I can't speak highly enough of AOCF. I love being a member here!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of 3 CrossFit gyms over the past 4 years and Angel Oak is above and beyond the best experience top to bottom. From the first class coaching and instruction to the family vibe community this place has become a home away from home. Not to mention the gains I’ve made in just one year. Going 30 years of life never being able to do a pull up and within one year at Angel Oak now I can! Come join Angel Oak!!!
