Experiencia fantástica: 24 Hour Open Gym. They have multiple options for classes including the traditional CrossFit style (Warm Up, Strength, WoD, Cool Down). There isn't any ego lifting here and people are happy to scale things back to get the correct and safe stimulus. It's a beautiful gym and has lots of space to go around. The owners are incredibly nice and truly enjoy the community they've helped bring together.
