Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym and awesome experience. Dropped in for a week during the holidays and everyone was extremely friendly, the equipment and space were top notch along with the coaching and instruction.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly coaches, lots of equipment, and the classes are fantastic and can be scaled to ANY ability level. This has been a game changer for me and my wife, and we've learned quite a bit about how to exercise safely, with good form, and in a way that's healthy for your body. They've got programs for kids, too! We have four of ours in classes, and they love it. Highly recommend.
