CrossFit^® Centermass

Experiencia fantástica: A very friendly and welcoming environment. The trainers are always willing to stop and chat for a moment, make it a point to correct or advise alternatives when needed. Went in uncertain if crossfit would be a good fit for myself but I've been here for about 2 months now and I'm enjoying it a lot.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in at Centermass Crossfit yesterday and it was great. Felt like my home box. The programming was great and Coach Kenny was excellent. Boxes like this is the reason why I love CrossFit and the Crossfit community...you drop in and immediately they make you feel like a part of the family - starting with the guy at the front desk who was awesome (who's name I forgot, sorry). Thanks Centermass! Looking forward to my next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The moment I joined Crossfit Centermass, I instantly felt part of the team. Everybody here has been so motivating and encouraging. It has genuinely helped me push myself further during our workouts. The coaches are all extremely helpful and are always making sure everyone is safe performing the various maneuvers. They offer a free 7 days pass which is how I started, and ever since then, I've been attending regularly. I was completely new to Crossfit and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Elyce and Kenny made me feel comfortable asking questions so that I can learn the movements, terminology, and equipment. My experience has been amazing and everyone I've met is rooting for you to succeed.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a gym that is clean/organized with great equipment in a convenient location, look no further. If you’re looking for absolutely phenomenal coaches who push you but are also not afraid to bust a move during class, look no further. If you’re looking for a community of members who are extremely accepting and supporting, look no further. I waited for years to join this gym because I thought I wouldn’t be strong enough and would be intimidated. I couldn’t have been more wrong and my only regret is not joining sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: Truly amazing place to de-stress from the busy hectic world that is life. The efforts that the coaches have made to comply according to CDC guidelines while ensuring members got a great workout in is truly remarkable. Coaches are all stellar here and are all about foundations and emphasizing proper form which is pretty rare to find in a gym. Loved all of the people that I have met at this box as well. Give this place a visit whether you're a seasoned Cross-fitter or starting from square one. You won't regret it!
