Experiencia fantástica: John & Jenny run a fantastic crossfit program. It is both enjoyable and challenging. They and everyone who trains is always encouraging and supportive. I started crossfit to improve my Krav training, and also found a program that is fun, makes me sweat, and a place with great folks with whom I get to train. 5/5 every day! Come on down & work out with us!

Experiencia fantástica: After 5 months in and initial apprehension, I am glad I chose this gym to help me get in shape. John, Jenny and the rest of the staff do an exceptional job of making you feel welcome and do their best to make sure you are performing Crossfit work outs properly. In less than 6 months, I have lost close to 20 lbs and feel better and better with every work out. Not only do they push you to do your best but it also shows in their facility as they are continually upgrading and improving the environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Cross fit wasn't something that I thought I would enjoy, but after meeting Jenny and her staff I quickly changed my mind. I look forward to every workout, feel great after, and feel terrible when I miss a workout. Even if you are an absolute beginner, the workouts are customizable to make sure that you feel comfortable and get a great workout!
