CrossFit^® Yin Yang

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Yin Yang is by far the best crossfit facility you can find! Unlike any other typical crossfit environment, they have a facility full of state of the art equipment. Most crossfit places you go to are just empty warehouses with simple weights/bars. Crossfit Yin Yang has olympic weight lifting platforms with all the weights you could ever need. Along with that, they have all equipment for their triple boxing side of it (which is also AWESOME!!). The facility all together is far beyond any other. Most importantly, the atmosphere is is great!! They have a wide variety of classes and class time. When you go in for your class, they don't just rush you through the workout... they take the time to teach you and help you every step along the way to make you better. Not only the instructors, but also the clients are super easy to create a bond with. Everyone involved in the program is a pleasure to be around. The instructors are VERY knowledgeable in what they are doing. They design every workout to push you to the best of your ability and make sure it is done the right way. The instructors are probably some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. They are always willing to get to know you personally and make themselves enjoyable to be with. They are the best motivators. Theres so much more I could say about this place, but all together it's the best crossfit facility by far. If anyone was looking to start crossfit/triple boxing, I would be sure to have them try out Crossfit Yin Yang/Triple Boxing because I guarantee anyone would be beyond pleased here. My experience here has been excellent and I cannot wait to further myself in their program.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been in a lot of gym and can honestly say this CrossFit club has the best equipment I have ever used. My wife and her friends joined because they get to take free group fitness classes with their memberships which I have never heard of any gym doing that before. What I like best is the one on one personal training that you get anytime you ask.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been training at Triple for years and was very excited that they have brought crossfit here. This is the best equipped crossfit gym I have been to. It has top of the line equipment. Coach Parvis has the technical aspect of crossfit you just don't see at other gyms.

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE Crossfit Yin Yang! They have top of the line equipment. My personal favorite is their solid oak platforms and Olympic weights. I have been to many many gyms and I have never seen nicer equipment. They spend several days one-on-one with you and make sure to answer any questions you may have. I also love that I can go to my favorite kickboxing classes at no extra charge :)
