Experiencia fantástica: Love the restorative yoga on Saturday mornings. It really sets the tone for a relaxed weekend. I feel so good after intentionally setting an hour aside for me to refocus my thoughts and my breath after I've just run thru every day of another busy work week. I always leave refreshed and feel empowered to better handle stress and life in general. I am noticing the positive impact on my health and relationships now that I am taking the time to reconnect to who I want to be.

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed. I felt comfortable even though it was my first time trying yoga. Jessie, the instructor, was very friendly and excited. She was very helpful in describing the moves and positions we were to be in. A great experience overall!

Experiencia fantástica: jessie's instruction was amazing- very calming, very gentle and soothing. the studio is beautiful and the atmosphere is so peaceful. i have been to yoga classes before, but this was so special.
