Experiencia fantástica: Abundant Health & Fitness for Women is an awesome place to workout & get healthy. The Cardio Queen, Ignite, HITT, CORE, Wonder Woman, Thai Chi, & Chicks with Sticks classes are fun. They also have a circuit workout with multiple resistance machines. I have met some great people working out here, that care about your well being & health. They will help you to meet your fitness/health goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the classes. There are several different ones to choose from including tai chi, dancing, cardio, and muscle building. I've noticed some classes would be great for beginners or those advanced in age and other classes are extremely challenging probably even for the very fit. The staff and other participants are always welcoming. I never feel judged or awkward. Just have a great time being active!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. I honestly look forward to my workouts. I joined to improve my health and lose some weight (check and check). As a bonus, I have met some great ladies and made some very sweet friends. Micky is great at providing support and motivation. If you’re a woman in the area you really should give it a try.
