Experiencia fantástica: This is an unbelievable experience. The coaches/ owners are simply amazing. They take so much care and time to help everyone at their own fitness level. Most importantly, the gym is just a pool of positivity. Constant engagement and encouragement throughout the workouts are super important if you are learning the fundamentals. Also, the workouts are awesome, tough…. Sometimes very tough, but you want to come back for more. If you do an on ramp, you really cannot do better than coach lydia- I really appreciated her style and care as I emerged from over a year quarantined with little movement. That said, everyone there is absolutely top notch.

The coaches are amazing at assessing the individual needs of each member and repeatedly impress me with their drive to improve each individual athlete. I've seen people with very little athletic background become confident and strong individuals at this gym. Amazing all around.

Nevertheless, all coaches help me see the potential in every WOD. Patrons remain supportive and inspiring. Owners operate from a seemingly endless font of possibility.
