Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for an awesome trainer, Deena is the best. I have been going here for almost a year. I must say, this is the most consistent, I have ever been. The ladies here, treat you like family.

Experiencia fantástica: After having COVID 19 last year. Deena created me a meal plan along with very light exercises to help rebuild my strength. My training was via Zoom and she made my training a very personal, professional and hands on training. She knew exactly what it would take for me to get back to my normal self. She is extremely Passionate about her work and clients. Being a Cancer Survivor herself, her goal is to bring you into a mind altering healthy lifestyle, through Exercise and Nutrition. If you live in Chicago hire her as your personal trainer. If you live in Los Angeles like I do, hire her via Zoom. Which ever way, you won’t be Disappointed.
