Experiencia fantástica: I am a 70 year old woman who was very intimidated with CrossFit but my daughter-in-law talked me into it and now I love it. The coaches are great and very knowledgeable. They design a work out especially for me every morning. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly and encouraging. I have belonged to several other gyms but this is the best! I have been there for several months and don't plan to quit any time soon. I highly recommend this gym to everyone, no matter what your age is.

The coaches take there time to work with you in the movements and also challenge you to be your best self. I was very intimidated to start in the beginning but everyone made the transition so easy.
