Experiencia fantástica: I have experienced a half dozen CrossFit facilities in Sonoma County, and Seismic is my favorite. The coaching is superb, and small classes make for personalized attention. Great community of people.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member since February. If you are new, experienced, old, young, casually interested, avid fan, etc you'd want to sign up for this gym. They welcome everyone from all different backgrounds, the environment is friendly and with their extensive knowledge can help you reach your individualized goals and potential. I came here knowing only a couple (badly taught) things about CF and within a couple months felt like I belonged. Not because of my skills (which you do see a significant growth in if you're consistent) but because of the friendly environment and commitment to steady hard-earned growth. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member for 2 years and have had a great experience with all the workouts. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. The coaches Addison and Heather have helped me to be stronger than I have ever been. I like the combination of weight training and gymnastics. They even throw in occasional fitness challenges that everyone can meet and it’s so rewarding to accomplish something like that! And my teenage sons also thank you coach Addison and coach Heather! ????

Experiencia fantástica: I started working out at Seismic CF two years ago and have had a positive experience. I feel healthier both mentally and physically with the help of the coaches and fellow athletes.
