Experiencia fantástica: I first met Megan and Paul when I went for Physical Therapy. What first struck me was how happy, excited and passionate they both are about what they do. Megan manages each client individually, is attentive and always smiling! After my PT, I decided to try out a Fuzion Fit class with Paul. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I was new to the area and hadn’t been a part of an exercise class in quite some time. It wasn’t long before I was completely hooked! Everyone is very welcoming and Paul is always there to provide encouragement, challenging me to put my best self into each class. No class is ever the same with a wide variety of options which keeps me coming back for more. I can honestly say that Brig PT changed my life! I have lost pounds and inches, but more importantly I am healthier and I feel great!! Thank you Megan and Paul for all you do!

Experiencia fantástica: I had double knee replacement (yes-2 at once) in June and had previously been in the care of Megan for balance and vestibular issues re my possible MS. I knew I liked her expertise and personal care and very caring energetic personality so I asked her if she would help me recover from the hardest surgery of my life! She is amazing and helped me to recover quickly (sooner than Dr. Booth projected) and regain 100% range of motion after my surgery! I love the setup of this office as I know it is normally scary for people who have had some health issues or surgeries to just jump right back into movement as one has to ask oneself:”Am I OK to move this way or that without injuring myself?” The concept of having therapy and then jumping into a wellness program is another reason I chose this facility! I know how vital it would be to just keep on moving after my surgery and therapy were done! With the wellness program, Megan and her husband Paul collaborate to develop a safe but challenging program to be done right in the same facility where Megan is doing physical therapy! It is a comfortable environment and you are held accountable to go as you make wellness appointments and unlike a large gym it will be evident if you are skipping your sessions!! Feeling blessed I happened to notice them when they first opened up! Highly recommend both Megan and Paul! Beautifully run family business!
