Experiencia fantástica: Catalyst Fitness is awesome! I was super intimidated to try it. I was looking for a place to help with OCR and strength training, this new gym came highly recommended and I’m so glad I took the leap! Cat has made me feel at ease, gives great tips and advice, helps everyone at their own individual skill level and keeps class FUN and exciting! If you’ve ever thought about trying a CrossFit gym I highly recommend Catalyst!!!!

She is knowledgeable and an absolute professional. But more importantly, she meets you where you are, builds your confidence and helps you crush your goals. It is truly a gym for every body!

Experiencia fantástica: I found Catalyst Fitness and thought why not give this a try! I’m 61 and thought I’d be very intimidated when I got there. It was absolutely the opposite! Coach Cat was very warm and welcoming. Coach Colleen was as well. I’ve been going for 2 weeks now and am getting addicted. The facility is exceptional as are the coaches. I would highly recommend trying this out. Awesome place and awesome people!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are on the fence to join a CrossFit gym - you must come check out Coach Cat at Catalyst Fitness! She really knows her stuff and is such an inspiration. I have been searching for a gym for a couple years now but was intimidated by the typical ‘box.’ It doesn't matter your level of experience, she is there to help you out and push you! Convenient location on Kirkwood Hwy., and very clean and beautiful gym... It is really the perfect set up! There is open gym hours in addition to the classes which is nice to have that flexibility.

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Cat is a nothing shy of awesome. She is incredibly knowledgeable and educated which shows in every facet of her coaching. Cat puts her clients first and listens to what they want to get out of their time with her. She programs to each person’s ability and makes sure her clients feel comfortable. Her facility is super clean and the equipment is well taken care of. Catalyst Fitness is one of the best gyms around. You will not be disappointed.
