Experiencia fantástica: Amanda is an amazing trainer. The environment at this power gym is the best I've seen anywhere. Equipment is high quality, seemingly all brand new, and well maintained (no hand-me-down's bought at auction like a lot of power gyms). If you're searching for a group classes in the Brandon/Seffner/Valrico area, I wouldn't consider any other than these guys.

Experiencia fantástica: Amanda and Tom are THE BEST! They are fantastic coaches and are very focused on making you better at anything you do. I am a full time college student, this gym is everything I need, it is affordable, close to home, and open 24 hours. The atmosphere here is one of a kind. It is so clean, I cannot express how important this is! Plus, this place is extremely safe, there is 24 hour surveillance, and is in a family friendly community. I have been to two other CrossFit gyms in the area and this one is by far my favorite. I have been attending since February and have not turned back. I feel like I am apart of the OPG family here, which is amazing because it motivates me more to attend the CrossFit classes. If you want a gym that is focused on you, this is the place to be! I will forever attend this gym no matter how far I have to drive!

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit OPG is my home. I love my coaches and all our athletes! Everyone works hard and pushes each other to succeed. The equipment is excellent and well taken care of and it has everything you need for these soul crushing workouts. ???? You can do CrossFit anywhere but the people here make the difference.
