CrossFit^® Lilburn 678

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place I have ever worked out at! I have gone to numerous gyms in my life (all the fancy, chain gyms and some "hole in the wall" places) and have never stuck with it. The group's support and Jordan's excellent leadership have made all the difference. At soon to be 49 years old, I am in the best shape of my life!

The owner, Doc Pruni, and all the coaches I’ve had have been encouraging, patient, and supportive while at the same time pushing me to do and be better. Great atmosphere, wonderful group of people. But after a major illness, I needed something to get me back on my feet. I was lucky to have found CF678. I was able to get one-on-one help from the coaches, especially Doc Pruni. His expertise was evident - as a lifelong athlete and a doctor. But the way he worked with me to get my mobility, strength, and health back on track was unbelievable. CF678 coaches and community is unbeatable. If you really want to get healthy, this is the place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy being able to work out without being away from my family. And since my son can work on the ninjakour course while I'm working out it is an ideal situation. The current coach, Jordan, is attentive and thorough. I feel I make gains mentally, physically, and in my technique each class.
