Experiencia fantástica: Mike came highly recomended to me by a friend. We are both group exercise instructors with access to many trainers at the gyms at which we work. I watched many ,but was unimpressed. I was lucky enough to find Mike, and am very happy with his knowledge base, and his focus on allignment and injury prevention, and of course, strength building . Great guy and top notch!
