CrossFit^® 234

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so grateful to have found this gym. My first CrossFit gym closed in 2020. After a short time at another CF gym in the area, I thought that feeling of the first gym was lost forever. That was until I found CrossFit 234. Coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to your individual needs while pushing you to take chances you would have never taken yourself. Members are supportive and make you feel like you're part of a community. I've never had a negative experience in class, and I've never walked away without learning something about myself.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit 234 has been my 3rd CrossFit gym I’ve been a member at and I can say it’s been an amazing (almost) year that I’ve been a member here. The community is so welcoming and encouraging. All of the coaches are amazing! My confidence has gone up 100% and my coaches/members of this gym are 100% the reason! An amazing community where you’ll always feel welcomed and supported and encouraged. If you’re thinking of joining you absolutely should!

Experiencia fantástica: No matter where you are on your "Fitness Journey", I can't recommend CrossFit 234 enough. They have an amazing coaching staff that works with every member to make sure they not only have a good grasp on every movement, but also works with you to scale any workout to your fitness level. They have managed to build a great community of members and is extremely welcoming. As someone who basically "took the pandemic off" when it came to my fitness, CrossFit 234, their coaches, and their programming have helped me start to work my way back to where I was. I could not recommend their facility enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Crossfit 234 in January, and am very grateful that I did. This gym is incredible. It definitely has a strong community, and everyone is there to help out others. It doesn't feel like going in and getting a workout done. Instead, it's like hanging out with a bunch of friends while also completing physical challenges. The coaches and members are always encouraging. On top of the training you get from the coaches, you also get helpful advice and pointers from more experienced members. Adam and the rest of CrossFit 234 have done such a great job of making this place feel like a family rather than just another gym. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting in shape, meeting new people, or simply having fun.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a former member at this box and I can’t say enough about how great my experience was at CrossFit 234. I started without any weightlifting experience and was taught everything I needed to know before joining regular classes. Even after foundations classes, I was carefully taught the techniques and skills to avoid injury and maximize the fitness benefits. The community is extremely welcoming and supportive of new members, current members, and even folks that drop in. The coaching is also top of the line. They work with everyone on their individual goals and meet everyone where they are in their fitness journey. At the same time, the coaches are great at motivating members to reach their full potential. The box is very clean and the equipment is perfect condition. I will definitely drop in if I am ever in the area again! If you are even remotely considering starting CrossFit, this is the best possible place to start!
