Experiencia fantástica: As a long time member at Inner Loop, I was recently reminded of how good the coaching is at CFIL. While travelling cross-country this summer, I dropped in at a dozen crossfit gyms across the US. There were nice people at all the gyms, a sense of community at a few, but the coaching left a lot to be desired. At my first WOD back at lnner Loop, the coach explained every movement, even box-step-ups: NO ONE coaches step-ups because the movement is so basic. She added points of performance and tips to make that part of the workout more efficient and safer. That is what reminded me about the coaching at CFIL... All of the staff coaches every athlete for every movement. The coaches and community at Inner Loop are the best I've ever seen... It was good to be home.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined CrossFit Inner Loop and went to a few classes a week for several months. I went into it feeling really intimidated based on CrossFit stereotypes, but was immediately put at ease. Jara has created a very inclusive environment - she was very supportive as I got acclimated. All of the coaches were welcoming and motivating, challenging the class to work hard while offering realistic modifications for a newbie. Moving out of the area meant I can’t continue on with CFIL and I will greatly miss it!

Experiencia fantástica: So glad I join this CrossFit fam! The trainers are amazing and guide you throughout the entire class. The members and nice and friendly. And I look forward to getting out of bed to workout! They definitely give me the push I need.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great workout at the 7:00 AM Thursday session while in town for a wedding. The session was totally outdoors, the group was fun and motivating, and the coach gave great guidance on the movements. Solid equipment, great box. 10/10 would visit again.
