Experiencia fantástica: First time being at the gym and first time participating in cross fit. Highly recommend. The owners were so friendly and welcoming as well as the instructor for my class. Judgment free zone. Clean and well maintained. Will be going back for more classes and to work out in general.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Everyone is so encouraging. It's a highly positive atmosphere. The coaches are great. They won't let you do something the wrong way and potentially injure yourself. They will see potential in you and help you to believe in yourself. Yes we are competitive, but we want to see everyone succeed and be the best version of themselves they can be.
