Experiencia positiva: Solid gym with a good amount of selection! Not too busy which is the best part. By no means does it have a large selection of machines, but gets the job done.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice facility with good hours. Open Early. The staff are nice and the price is very agreable. I am staying temporarily in the area house sitting and enjoying a free week at the gym while I am away from my home gym. Great place.

Experiencia fantástica: This is more than a gym it's a home away from home!! Everyone is incredibly friendly. The gym is gorgeous and ever changing with new perks for members. Pricing is super reasonable!! Real Ryder spin bikes, Aerial Yoga, Yoga, Tanning, Nutrition, Weights, Circuit, Child watch and so so so so much more!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Okay, we have been going to MSF for year. We have been using several of the classes for our TEENS! The price to send your kids is awesome and they all love the instructors. The classes are entertaining you while you sweat yourself skinny! But seriously, the motivation and the skill level of hte instructors to keep you paced and on task is excellent.. And if you can motivate a herd of teens, you are the bomb!

Experiencia fantástica: By far the BEST gym I have been to in all my 32 years of life! excellent people and outrageous owners. the same owners as Franklin Hill Vinyards if you didn't already know!! Check this place, the only place in NEPA or all of PA for that matter that has the Real Ryder bikes. and sweat like you have never experienced before.
