Experiencia fantástica: If you want small group training, this is undoubtedly the place for you! Super knowledgeable staff that always make it fun to workout. Moved to Delaware last spring and I am happy I found my gym home.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a place that does not judge you when you first walk in, CustomFit360 in Ocean View, Delaware is the place for you. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will help you set your goals, and then reach your goals. I just love the atmosphere in this place. When I had to have rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder 15 months ago, they helped me get in shape before the surgery, and then were there to help me during my rehab. My shoulder physician (and myself) were amazed at how quickly I recovered. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to play golf for an extended time, but I was out on the links in 4 months post surgery. I could not have done that without their guidance and friendly motivation. You can do one on one personalized instruction, or their vast array of fun group classes. I was a member of other gyms before that have equipment, but I needed to be pushed a little more for me to get “healthy” and wiser with my workouts. I am so happy that my wife convinced me to join this incredible place. It has been a life changer for both of us. You will not be disappointed!

Erik (owner) and his team of trainers are well educated and can adapt to any of their clients needs.y journey with Customfit360 has helped me shed almost 100#. I am the healthiest I have ever been (a former athlete in my mid 50's) and, my mental wellness continues to be happier. I love continuing my journey to health with the healp of everyone here!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had one goal..."to enjoy working out again". Started in April 21' having more fun than ever before...lost 7% body fat..gained 8lbs of muscle and stronger at 50 than i was at 30yrs old. Joining was the Best decision when I moved down to Bethany. Wife also loves it. Trainers are knowledgeable and great to work with and members get together for social events.
