Experiencia fantástica: This gym has been a God send. I used to do CrossFit years ago and after almost 9 years away I found this gym and decided to give it a shot. I was very out of shape and very frustrated with lack of weight loss after many failed attempts to get back in shape. I absolutely loved Amanda as a coach and immediately knew this place was going to be a good fit for me. This gym doesn’t have any of the CrossFit ego with all of the positives about CrossFit. Great coaches amazing members- everyone has made me feel welcome and comfortable starting over again. It’s only been a month but I already feel stronger. Can’t recommend this gym enough. Give it a try, whether your on vacay or if your a local, you will feel right at home, and leave sweaty and stronger.

Experiencia fantástica: I've dropped in twice here while on vacation. Both times have been great. Facility is really nice and spacious and the equipment is really great. The staff have all been very welcoming and kind. You certainly don't feel like a stranger who's getting in the way, which is really nice when dropping into an unfamiliar place. If you're looking to join or just in the area for a drop-in, I'd definitely recommend coming here!

Experiencia fantástica: They have done a great job of communicating with me as a new member. They check in after workouts to see how I'm doing, keep me motivated and are willing to listen to my needs. Its a great place to get your a$$ kicked!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I have ever joined! Love the group atmosphere and the variety of workouts. I’ve been here almost 2 years and have not once gotten bored with the workouts! This gym will keep you coming back for more!! The Coaching is the best! Highly recommended:)
