Experiencia fantástica: I joined Crossfit Fig almost 10 years ago. The gym is extremely clean, coach's are outstanding, and the workouts never disappoint. However, the best attribute is the community. From numerous parties to charity events, I have forged long lasting friendships & business relationships all while increasing my strength capacity, mental capacity and aerobic capacity Crossfit Fig caters to all ranges of fitness levels (top athletes to beginners), ages, and capabilities, we even have adaptive athletes in wheel chairs. If you want make your life better physically and mentally, or just want to be in better shape than your friends, come see what Crossfit Fig is about, you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in with hubs while traveling through Missouri. Didn’t get a chance to get in touch with them so we just showed up Monday morning based on seeing the wod posted online. I can’t say enough about the box, the workout, the community and the owner(s). We’ve both been doing cf for years and were blown away by the space. I particularly loved the workout and how they had warm ups and strength and a great (nearly fran lung producing) Wod. Everyone was super nice and gave us great recommendations for food and places to go (by the way- we did Q39 and KC Joe’s and both were phenomenal). If you’re in the area- forget going anywhere else. This is the place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: We came out from Portland, Oregon to do a drop in class and this was the only gym that got back to our numerous emails and phone calls. I can unequivocally say this was the best most hospitable gym we have ever gone to. Super fun people, coaches were great, and if you come for the workouts with phenomenal athletes you have to stay for the internationally famous and envied mullets!

Experiencia fantástica: I've only been a customer for a few sessions but the customer service, and friendly staff has been very helpful and take my current health and physical condition into consideration for the workouts catered to me. I've not been singled out but included and the owner (Felix) was on hand and leading the workout. His commitment to his students is to be admired. As long as my body holds up, i will continue being a customer.
