Experiencia fantástica: After finishing the WOD at CrossFit Zanesville this morning I was talking to one of the new members. She was talking about how much she felt welcomed by everyone, and how she felt part of a family already. She also spoke of the coaching and how every single class is like a personal training session. She is 100% spot on, CFZ is more than just a gym where I go to workout it is my happy place where I get to workout with some of my favorite people! The coaches and other members are my support system as I work to better myself with every workout. One misconception I have heard about CrossFit gyms is that they are too competitive, at CFZ the only person I have EVER felt like I had to compete against is myself. The programming here is also second to none, every WOD is well planned out for a great full body workout but also well developed to work different major muscle groups daily. Seriously, Just Show Up, the CFZ coaches will help you meet your personal goals and the other members will support you along the way. CrossFit Zanesville is 5 star all the way!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is top notch! First class coaches and facility. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Safety is first and they work with all levels of fitness. Great program for kids too! The CFZ community is supportive and fun-an all around wonderful experience!

The equipment is new, durable and reliable.. with all the extras! The facility is clean, neat and has the best vibe- not to mention the programming. Pushing YOUR limits in a safe, and responsible way are both 100% priorities here.
