Experiencia fantástica: After debating for over a year to join a CrossFit gym in the area, once I found this one , I jumped at the chance. I make a 25 min drive to and from most mornings and don't regret it. Thomas, Tyler, and Autumn are fantastic! They take the time to scale the workouts for me and others who might need lighter weight/easier way to do similar movements to still get a great workout. Facility is large with high end Rogue equipment. Also, the ability to tie in your membership with a membership to Movement Fitness in the same building is a great option for families.

The facility and equipment were also top-notch- we are blessed to have this type of facility available in the Mid-Ohio Valley
