Flagler Village CrossFit^®

Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym a year ago. I had never done CrossFit before. I didn't know anyone in Fort Lauderdale. This gym quickly became apart of my daily routine. I have made so many friends through FVCF and have been able to increase my lifting/cardio capabilities as well. This gym is also great for drop ins! The weekend workouts are always my fav since they are usually partner based and a great way to start your day. Casey (the owner) always has super cute shirts and very yummy snacks for sale at the deck shop. I learned how to do a muscle up, met my current roommate, competed in the Crossfit Open, and adopted a dog all because of Casey Anderson and Flagler Village CrossFit

Experiencia fantástica: By far, the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Every coach is knowledgeable, supportive, patient and just all around fun to learn from. The atmosphere is laid back enough for people of any skill level to enjoy and structured enough to always leave feeling accomplished. Every other CrossFit gym should take note!

Experiencia fantástica: Loved this CrossFit gym! Casey was so friendly, nice, and inviting. The esthetic of the gym was so cute and amazing. Great workout planned for the day! Casey also answered us right away when my friend and I inquired about dropping in! Definitely check this CrossFit gym out if you’re down in Fort Lauderdale it is totally worth it! I forgot to buy a t-shirt lol so definitely get one because they are total rad as well!

Experiencia fantástica: The owner, Casey, was absolutely tremendous in accommodating me for a Sunday Drop-in for the Open. Once there, it took only a second to feel comfortable about being there and getting ready to work out. It really felt like I was back home at my CrossFit box; that is how well she set the tone. Not going to lie, but Brindie is outstanding at his job as well! This is a location well worth visiting and I look forward to the chance to return.

Experiencia fantástica: I was leaving my gym today and realized something. Flagler Village CrossFit was clean before it was cool/mandatory to be clean. When I moved I had to find a gym closer to home. The new place I train at is great but I’ve realized that a lot of the new practices post COVID were common practice at Flagler Village. On top of great coaches, atmosphere and location, come and train at what’s arguably the cleanest gym south of Canada.
