Experiencia fantástica: The gym I've always looked for but never thought existed! Upward Fitness you are doing it right. I have never felt more comfortable and good about working out! They encourage family involvement and atmosphere. I love the HIIT (actually prefer it over any other type of workout) and daily devotional to remind you what is really important ❤ I'm in the process of changing my standards of the "mom bod" with their help. You guys rock! You were SO needed in our community. I'm so glad God called you!!

Experiencia fantástica: It has been four weeks working with Noel on my flexibility and the changes have been amazing. I came in with an Achilles injury and after working with Noel it is very improved. Also, I had issues with stiffness in my neck and now I have full mobility. The proof is in the results so I recommend both Noel, Erik and Upward Fitness / Physical Therapy.
