Experiencia fantástica: Dropped into the facility while on vacation and had a great experience with the owners, coaches and members. The members were super friendly and the workouts were challenging with various scaling options for the day. Best thing is that they offer a great variety of classes during the day and I would definitely drop in again when back in Springfield!

Experiencia fantástica: Came into town for a wedding and found this place. Staff, facility and people were amazing. Was over Valentine’s Day, everyone got a rose and they did a raffle after the workout, winner got a gift card. Wish I could pick this place up and take it back home!!
