CrossFit^® Fixation

Experiencia fantástica: I've been at Fixation two months and I am obsessed. All the coaches are thorough with explanations of every movement, and will work with you on proper form and technique. This isn't a box where you are going to walk in and hurt yourself because you have bad technique, they're going to have you scale down and truly learn the movements. They scale everything to your level, whether you can't do a pushup or you can rep out 50. The people are kind (if you've never had 10 near strangers cheer you on to push through something you weren't sure you could do, get ready for some serious support and motivation). This place is more than just a gym, its a supportive group of wonderful people who want to help you achieve your goals. Come in with a positive attitude, and you're gonna love every second.

Experiencia fantástica: I will admit, when I first decided to try CrossFit I was terrified. I didn’t know if I had what it took to be a CrossFitter, or if I would fit in with those CrossFit athletes, but I knew I needed a change in my life. I looked at a few boxes in the area, but then came across CrossFit Fixation. After a meeting with one of the coaches I knew this was the place for me. It’s been 5 months since I made the decision to join, and I have not once regretted it. The people are what make Fixation such a great place. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and are great at working with members until they are comfortable with each skill. They are also great at scaling workouts for all levels so anyone can participate. The members are more like family, not just members of a gym. They motivate and support each other in all areas of life, not just in the box. There is also a variety of athletes from beginners, to experienced CrossFitters, so everyone feels welcome regardless of their athletic abilities. I am so thankful to have found this box. Thank you CrossFit Fixation for changing my life!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of CrossFit Fixation for over a year now and can't say enough great things about this place! I was welcomed from day one and have received detailed coaching and guidance in every class. The coaches take time to make sure you feel welcome and understand the movements. The members are like family and are all there for each other. I can honestly say if you're looking for a box to get started or a long time crossfitter, this is a great place to call home.
