Experiencia fantástica: Best Gym EVER!!! Coach Bryan is AMAZING! Anyone can do this, every workout can be modified to fit your fitness level....when I started I needed every workout modified. I love the atmosphere, everyone is so encouraging! I have never stuck with a gym, I will never leave this gym. The people, coaching and workouts are phenomenal....COME JOIN US you won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: New Covid-19 review : Bryan at CFSOS has done a great job keeping us all connected even though we are socially distancing. He has provided an equipment checkout, daily workouts with video and instructions, and he has completely reconfigured the gym using state guidelines so he could reopen for those interested. The classes are even more of a personal training environment with only 3 participants at a time. We have weekly Zoom meetings to review the week and help keep us accountable. Bryan is always avaliable to answer questions. This gym is perfect for first timers and has plenty of challenges for the more advanced gym rat. Bryan is always taking new courses and reading to keep the gym experience fresh. My first review : Great convenient location with customized training. Wonderful for beginners! Offers challenging workouts no matter what your fitness level. Everyone in Horsethief Canyon should take advantage of having this gym close by.

Experiencia fantástica: I always enjoy going to CFSOS, learn a lot, and get a great workout, being pushed much further than I’d push myself. But even during the COVID -19 closure Bryan is going above and beyond keeping us moving and motivated. We get videos for warm up and work outs everyday. We can ask questions for modifications or more instruction and we get immediate feedback or video examples. I especially like our “Move The Rock” activity! It really shows how Bryan is keeping us challenged and safely connected, and keeping it fun. When the 13 pound rock shows up on your doorstep, you must walk it to another members house. While I miss working out with friends, I’m grateful Bryan is doing so much to provide us with quality workouts during this crazy time.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate CrossFit School Of Sweat! And coach Bryan! From having a personal “home-like” feel from day one, from 4 years ago to this day, to the encouragement I get from the gym members and the coach is unlike any other. He pushes us to be our best and it keeps me coming back for more.
