Experiencia fantástica: After years and years of wasting my time and money at mass-chain gyms, I've found my happy place at Baker United Fitness. The gym is clean, organized, and loads of fun! At BUF, I have access to all of the equipment I need for new routines, as well as Richard's attentive care. Since I've started training at BUF, my physical and mental limitations have drastically been redefined. I was the kid in high school who found every excuse to skip run-days during PE class. Now, thanks to Richard, I participated in my first mud run race and rose triumphant! It was one of the most challenging experiences in my life. I'm thrilled to be part of the BUF team and can't imagine training anywhere else!

I have never been a gym type person and was very scared to start and to be honest kind of lazy! He was so amazing that each session made me want to come back even better and harder. He is an excellent trainer and offers such affordable prices that you can’t resist. Do yourself a favor and go to one of his sessions!!! You won’t regret it!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Baker Unified Fitness has become a form of therapy for me. I always leave classes feeling empowered and energized to take on anything life throws my way. Since beginning group sessions with Baker I have been more consistent with my exercise routine than I have ever been before. Baker creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and equal. His expertise in the area of health and fitness has inspired me to expand my focus to my overall health and well-being. Baker routinely challenges members to not only come to classes weekly but to also continue their health journey outside of the gym. Baker provides excellent information about nutrition as well as mental health and wellness. There is even a meal plan that is available for all members. He holds everyone accountable and his passion for wellness is undeniably infectious!
