Experiencia fantástica: I was in town with a small window to drop in for a workout. The owner, Stephanie, was SUPER accommodating and friendly in getting me in. In the short amount of time I spent there she gave me great tips on my form that will definitely help me in the future. This is an unintimidating, person-focused gym with great leadership who know their stuff—a great place to start or continue your CrossFit journey!

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding place to develop skills. Stephanie is a great coach who understands how to adapt each movement to an athlete's skills and help them grow in every aspect because she is an athlete herself. My functional movement in life (in my late 40s) has been greatly enhanced (finally down to parallel on my squats after working hard at it for the last 6 months). Now as I come up on my 1-year anniversary of starting, I have already learned so much and also know I have so far to go, but she and all the great and supportive members of Crossfit 4982 have been a key part of the journey to date. What a wonderful community to get more fit with!

I have been a fitness enthusiast for most of my life and have been a member of numerous gyms, and my experience here has been nothing short of superb. I have been training with CrossFit 4982 coach and owner Stephanie Munds since December of 2014, and I am in the best shape of my life. She is skilled at adapting workouts for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes - and everyone gets an awesome workout that's both individualized and focused on continual improvement. I'm always amazed at how she remembers the skills individual members are working on, as well as whatever limitations they may have. She and Coach Garrett truly care about their members, and it shows - from the inclusive and encouraging culture to the cleanliness of the gym.
