Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! The coaches at BCR are awesome. The training is personalized and pushes you to be a stronger version of yourself- regardless of your fitness level. The people there are friendly and welcoming, creating a real community built by encouragement and some fun competition.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this gym for almost 4 years now having never done anything like crossfit before. I absolutely LOVE it! While I have always been athletic, BCR has really improved my fitness, strength and stamina. The workouts challenge everyone based on where they are at as individuals. The coaching staff truly care about helping you reach your individual goals and best of all it is a fun atmosphere. We have fun and laugh a lot. Since joining both of my teenagers have joined as well and it has been a great family experience for us.

Kirsten (owner/coach) modifies everything for whatever level you are at.You feel like part of a community and will be pushed in the best way possible. Budget and kid friendly also!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely loved this gym! Owners/trainers are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The gym is well equipped and in a very convenient location. If my job hadn't switched my work hours, I would definitely be going here. Everytime I pick my toddler up from the daycare next door, he begs to go to the gym and play.
