Experiencia fantástica: A welcoming and supportive space! I was on the hunt for a personal trainer for a long time, and was recommended Carbondale CrossFit in a Facebook group by a few different women. I reached out and John got back to me within a day, invited me to check out the space and come talk about my goals. I’ve been going a few months now and absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: A welcoming, non-judgmental, and family-oriented gym. John’s programming is excellent and there are always modifications that meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey. If you have a fitness goal, John and his coaches are there to help you reach it in a safe and sustainable way. I have also never met a friendlier group of CrossFit clients. Carbondale CrossFit is it. Save yourself the time of looking into different gyms and do a drop in class at this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend John enough. His knowledge and dedication is second to none. I have been working w/ John to address debilitating shoulder and lower back pain. John’s approached quickly yeilded results and I plan to continue my training w/ him beyond just this rehab phase.
