Experiencia fantástica: The prices were fair and affordable. The trainers and clients are absolutely wonderful, and the culture has such a beautiful familial bond. The workouts are fantastic for all athletic levels. There’s also a lot of great equipment you have access to for open gym.

Experiencia fantástica: While vacationing in CB for Christmas, I was able to drop in on the Saturday after Christmas. Carrie Jo was Super accommodating! I had a great training session as well! Super clean and amazing layout of equipment. Highly recommend to athletes of any specialty!

Experiencia fantástica: I worked out here for about a week in the summer of 2020 with the pandemic going on. They were very welcoming and accommodating to visitors, and I felt like they had a great system in place to make sure everyone could work out in a safe and clean environment. Their facility was well equipped and immaculate. It would be very easy for them to say "No visitors" during the pandemic (as it seems most gyms are) but they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place to any crossfifters, powerlifters, etc looking for a place to train. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in today after an email correspondence with the owner, Carrie Jo, and was very impressed. Cleanest gym I’ve been to in the US. I didn’t take the class, but the coach Whitney, had an awesome coaching style, was very knowledgeable, and had great rapport with the athletes, who spanned a wide age range. Highly recommended, will absolutely come again, and include CB in snowboard trips knowing this gym is available.
