Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for 3 weeks visiting family and decided to get some yoga in. I was able to try a few classes (yin, hot, warm flow) all with knowledgeable instructors with great energy, who provide balanced flows for all levels. I highly recommend stopping in. They have a great schedule making it easy to make it to a class. Looking forward to my next Ohio trip and more yoga.
