Atomic Athlete

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best gym I’ve experienced to date, and will be for you too, if you like hard work. Atomic is a no frills gym where the athletes are working to see how good they can get and how far they can push themselves, not solely to post on social media. The programming is world class, the coaches are fantastic (as well as great athletes and people), and the culture is something you don’t experience at a normal gym. If you don’t enjoy hard work, maybe try somewhere else, or join, and as Atomic would say, “suffer in silence.”

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym experience I’ve had. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable. I’m constantly asking questions and they are always happy to correct form and educate me. They push me a lot but also know where my limitations are. The workout program is great. It’s well balanced between aerobic and lifting. It’s simple but very challenging. The people that go there are absolutely amazing. I felt welcome right away. I can’t recommend it enough!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who rarely worked out ever. I finally found a gym that has a solid workout plan, coaches that actually help you with your form and goals, and an atmosphere that encourages you to push more. I go consistently to the Outpost location and join their afternoon group classes. After a full year of training with them I can definitely say I'm more knowledgeable in workouts and have more endurance than before. My goal for next year is to definitely get stronger. I want to push more and I know I'll be able to do it while here!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm on my 6th week at Atomic. I need new blue jeans because my chicken legs are turning into gorilla legs. Having had 5 knee surgeries in the past, I really appreciate the emphasis on knee stabilization and strengthening. The workouts are well thought out/strategic, not random. The programming makes a ton of sense and the results have been pretty immediate for me. I own a couple businesses in the gym/fitness industry and have been to over 150 gyms across the country. Atomic is unlike any other. It's a culture, family and lifestyle. My favorite part is that it's just FUN. The coaches have personality and aren't PC. They are real dudes and good dudes. After 6 weeks I'm already stronger, faster and harder to kill... In the last 6 weeks, can you say you've become stronger, faster and harder to kill? If not, pull the trigger and become the animal you dream to be. See you soon, future animal.

Experiencia fantástica: Atomic Athlete is simply incredible. All the athletes are very welcoming, and the coaches are very knowledgeable. I have never found a gym that has such intentional programming, and is not only effective, but tests your abilities in various areas. One of the other things that sets them apart is the week's programming is sent out prior, with instructional video links in case you don't know what an exercise is and explains the layout of the session. I appreciate this so much as I cannot always make it to the specific class times so I can rest easy knowing I can do the workout on my own if needed -- this is very unique as most gyms require you to make it to class times to do their programming. Also, yoga on Sundays don't sleep on it! I am (sadly) very lazy when it comes to recovery, therefore, love having the option of a straightforward and effective yoga class.
