Experiencia fantástica: From Baton Rouge, LA. Rich, Keelee, and Tim were super welcoming! Dropped in while on a bachelor trip and did the Saturday WOD. The community was super cool! The setup is fantastic! Highly recommend this gym! Definitely check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn’t have asked for a better environment for my first CrossFit experience. Coaches are super patient and encouraging. Not one time have I felt discouraged while learning new skills. There is an option for all skill levels. So thankful to be part of this community ????????????

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is awesome. If you are looking to work on your weaknesses, improve your cardio/endurance, and throw some real weight around, CFSH is the place for you. It has such a great energy about it! The space is large enough for a competition and wide enough to give up to 15+ people a rack. The coaches are really friendly and great at motivation. Plenty space per class, COVID-19 safe for spacing and cleanliness, and always a great workout! Photo was from a competition a few years ago.
