Experiencia fantástica: Fogo is a beautiful place! I wish would’ve joined a lot sooner then I did. Everything about this gym is great! The coaches are amazing and the community is so positive! I’ve truly never felt like I’ve been a part of something like this, everyone’s goal is to push each other. I can’t say enough about what Fogo has done for me physically but more important mentally. When I started I was sluggish and overweight and just depressed. Throughout the process i found myself feeling so much better. I can’t thank the coaches enough for what they’ve done for me! This really turned my life around completely in such a good way.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad I found Coach Ma at this gym. He is an outstanding coach that gets results. Excellent attention to proper form. I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2012 and never moved better since changing to this training style. The instruction that I recieved was very informative. The gym is clean and the equipment is professional. 5 stars

Experiencia fantástica: People ask me why I love CrossFit so much, and I tell them nothing has been as empowering as being able to lift 200+ pounds off the floor... that and I always leave feeling better than when I showed up (and I normally show up feeling pretty good). It's been great working with Alex in the mornings, not only because he pushes you to the next level, but also because he graciously welcomes you to his space just as you are. Sometimes he'll even play Beyoncé while you back squat : ) FOGO CrossFit... check up on it ; )

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for the daily workouts for a few months. The WODs are always challenging, mentally and physically. But after every workout, I leave the gym in better shape than the day before. They have every piece of equipment you think you need and even those you've probably never used before. The coaches are amazing! They are incredibly helpful with techniques, movements, scaling workouts, and motivating you to reach beyond your potential and goals. This place will change your life!
