Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending this gym for close to a year (aside from the COVID-19 related closure, during that time classes were offered through ZOOM). My experience has been very positive. The coaches are very safety oriented in the layout of workouts and equipment. Classes are scaled for the skill level of each athlete and coaches are very encourgaing and positive. I would be comfortable reccomending FG FIT to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve taken classes and met the trainers at both the Almont and Romeo FGFit Locations. The classes that I attended consisted of 5-10 people, and the trainers did a great job of leading class. They made sure to keep eyes on everyone in the room and gave one on one attention to anyone who needed it. I was a “first-timer” to CrossFit and was quite impressed with the staff’s ability to help me learn proper beginner techniques, while also providing an intense (WOD: Workout Of The Day) to their advanced members. The “InBody” scan is great for anyone in need of a gym that can help them to accomplish specific goals (for example: weight loss, recover from an injury, training for competition). Essentrics and Cardio classes offer FG members the opportunity to take a break from CrossFit and experience the benefits of other styles of exercise. Overall, First Generation CrossFit is a fantastic option for people who want to workout in a community environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going exclusively to the Romeo location for 10 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Nicole has been a great coach to work with and really knows what she is doing! I would highly recommend joining you won't regret it!
