Experiencia fantástica: I checked out three CrossFit businesses within a half hour driving distance and ESCF by far made the best impression. Right from my first time contacting ESCF communication has been excellent, the coaches are all enthusiastic and knowledgeable, the community here is super friendly and kind and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. During your foundation classes the coaches will teach you how to modify your movements based on limitations, injuries or current fitness level so no need to feel intimidated at all, this is a very welcoming community and there are people of all fitness levels in the classes. The classes, coaches and members motivate me and are helping me make progress towards my fitness goals and to me the premium you pay over a basic gym is more than worth it. Thank you ESCF!
