Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in at last minute driving through, I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the coaches, he was very welcoming. I filled out a waiver and was able to join in at the 6:30 class, the coach introduced me to the entire class, all the members were super friendly. The class was very organized and very well run . If you live in Jacksonville pls check out any of the total controls highly recommend.i

Experiencia fantástica: Workouts are great, coaches are awesome, and the facility is huge. I enjoyed my first 2 drop ins. All in all a pretty cool spot.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Crossfit gym! The coaches are great, so are the people. There is no judgement, the coaches are very supportive and will always guide, assist and if needed modify the workout. I'm very happy I found this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Love working out at CrossFit Total Control! The coaches are friendly and motivating. The workouts are great and can be easily modified to fit any skill level. It has a great atmosphere and it's nice to have people to push you to improve. Would definitely recommend for anyone that lives in Jacksonville or is dropping in!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropping in from out of town and I’ve had a great experience. Awesome coaches for any skill level. Great facility and Joe is just fantastic! They will make you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level. I would highly recommend it to any drop in or local :)
