Experiencia fantástica: This place is a gem of a small town business. The owners are wonderful people who desire to improve the community by offering an outlet for fitness and yoga. The Crossfit classes are great as they allow you to go at your own pace and the coaches are extremely helpful at assisting members when it comes to tailoring workouts to a member's fitness level. A lot of people think Crossfit gyms are full of freak athletes and they shy away from this as it makes them uncomfortable - this certainly isn't the case at ELC, there are both men and women of various age ranges and fitness levels. The members and coaches all support each other and the main goal is to simply feel good about completing the workout at your own pace. If you are a new member expect existing members to introduce themselves to you and cheer you on during the workout as that's the type of environment that exists at ELC. The memberships are unbelievably reasonable for everything you get. The equipment is not brand new but it is cared for and in good condition. The Yoga classes are great as they offer a space to unwind and improve flexibility and mobility. Anyone suffering from any type of chronic pain or injuries should strongly consider attending the yoga classes. All together I can not say enough good things about ELC.

Experiencia fantástica: The Yoga classes here are too good for the money. The individual attention, the ambiance... you'd be missing out if you didn't at least try it for yourself.
