Experiencia fantástica: Incredible gym!! Moved to the area about a year ago and tried several gyms to find a home. CFC has a great atmosphere, great coaching, and a fun place to be. Coaches are knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise. They're help has been instrumental in my development and overall health. Steve, the owner, ensures the family atmosphere is maintained and that all are welcome. If you're an experienced Crossfitter, new, or considering giving it a shot don't hesitate to try out CFC. They helped change my life!!

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Chamblee is a place anyone can call home. When I first walked in 6 years ago, I immediately felt welcome by coaches and members. I had been in other boxes that intimated me and they were the reason I never committed before. CFC changed that. I joined the next day and found more than just fitness – I found friendship. I have met some of my best friends there. The crew is friendly and fun. They know how to have a good time in class, but also love to push and challenge themselves. It’s the encouraging and supportive atmosphere you’re looking for. Plus, they host a number of different social events/activities so you can get to know people outside of the gym. There’s plenty of space and all different types of equipment. The coaches are committed to getting the best out of every member and take personal interest in everyone no matter what the fitness/skill level. It was the hour of my day I looked forward to for years (I’ve since moved) - the best hour of my day. If you’re nervous about trying CrossFit for the first time. Call Steve. After just ten weeks, the results you get are mind blowing and you have a great time doing it. Coaches are top notch as are the facilities. You also get to know a lot of great people

The coaches all give great tips and are members of the gym, so you see them in other classes regularly. My self confidence and strength has grown significantly since joining, and I look forward to going.
