Experiencia fantástica: I knew Industrial CrossFit was special but moving away from the area really confirmed that. The coaches truly invest in everyone’s individual goals. They gave my husband their time and support to get to quarterfinals twice. They supported my fitness postpartum, got me to the fittest I’ve ever been, and then helped me through the first part of my 4th pregnancy. They welcomed my kids and made us feel like family. Not sure they’ll ever know how grateful I am for their knowledge, love, and encouragement. Fit Fam❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Updated February 2022. I've been at this gym for over 4 years now. I consistently attend the 5am. If you are wanting a community of people that positively support your fitness journey, look no further! All levels of fitness are welcomed with fervor. Whether you're an athlete looking to increase an aspect of your fitness for competition, or you're a person just trying to make healthy choices. There's options for everyone and coaching is top notch. I keep coming back for the community and the push to be better. The coaches and community are amazing! Joined 6 weeks ago and just keep going back:) great support for ALL levels of fitness. They support, help modify, break down steps, etc for beginners. Then right next to that beginner is an elite athlete also being equally challenged in their work out.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Industrial CrossFit a year ago after moving to the area and from another gym. The coaches and athletes were so welcoming and humble. All different ages and experience levels. Any workout can be scalable and fit your specific need! Highly recommend this gym. You won’t regret it!
