I have been going to Crossfit Ignite for 4+ months now and this gym has improved every aspect of my life. I FINALLY look forward to my workouts!- I can't recommend CFI enough and I am so happy to be a part of it.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but 1 1/2 years later I can honestly say it was one of my best decisions. I've learned so much since being here and have made incredible strides in my overall strength, fitness level and nutrition. All of the coaches are certified, knowledgeable and professional. They take the time and attention to detail to teach all of the movements properly so you don't get hurt. The workouts can be scaled to any level and the atmosphere is fun and supportive. Crossfit Ignite gives you the opportunity to be trained by people who are skilled in all the movements, but also care about each and everyone's individual goals and needs. It is a place you will always feel welcome and where you are treated like family. It doesn't matter if you are new to working out or have been training for years. I would highly recommend anyone to join!
