Experiencia fantástica: LOVE this gym! The coaches/owners, Michelle and Ben, are amazing. When I started I had zero CrossFit experience. Michelle and Ben were very welcoming, encouraging and patient with teaching me the movements and proper form. I love that the workouts are scaled to individual ability and can be adapted to work around physical limitations. The workouts are always different too, which keeps things exciting and fun. Attending class is always the highlight of my day!

Experiencia fantástica: Michelle and Ben are the best coaches! I’ve only been doing CrossFit for a year and my favorite part is how detailed they are in making sure your form is and emphasize no additional weight until form is good! The gym is open and big and everyone is so friendly. I love how they schedule the workouts so you never overdo the same muscle group and now that I’m pregnant they have helped modify so I can still be active.
