Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of many gyms, but none quite like this one. I actually look forward to going to the gym. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have not met a person that I didn't like here. Most importantly, I have seen more results than I ever would have going to a typical gym and have learned the correct techniques to avoid injury in the future. Working out here really makes you feel like an athlete instead of just going to the gym and running on a treadmill. The programs are extremely well scheduled and thought out. You have the attention and dedication of having a personal trainer, while also having the freedom to do your own thing. No matter your age or current level of fitness, you will come out of here in better shape and feeling better than you did when you started.

The fantastic upbeat attitude of the owners has made this my favorite place to work out. There is always huge amounts of positivity and friendliness.
