Experiencia fantástica: Jason is able to motivate and see that you can do more than you expected of yourself. He can adjust any workout or exercise to fit. My older tendons and muscles take longer to adjust after a workout and he is fine with that. There is no shaming in any way. A great group (family) to work out with! Very encouraging!!! I wouldn't be any other place!!!!!
